We Do Not Accept returns due to the nature of the product for sanitary reasons.
If you receive a damaged product, you have 24-48 hrs after receiving the product to contact Rosser Holistic Care.
Once we give you the okay to return, you will receive an email with a return address attached as well as instructions. We videotape the opening of all Returns, to ensure the safety of our products and preserve the honesty of our customers.
Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY
